Kristi Noem’s Department of Homeland Security also addressed the mockery of its boss.

Trump Attorney General Pam Bondi on Sunday responded to mockery of her on “Saturday Night Live” in a skit starring Amy Poehler and Tina Fey.

Poehler appeared as Bondi. Fey played Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem. Bondi shared a screenshot from the cold open segment on X, formerly Twitter, tagging Noem and writing: “Should we recreate this picture in Chicago?”

“Loving Amy Poehler!” she added.

The skit itself parodied Bondi’s fiery Senate Judiciary Committee appearance, with Poehler declaring: “My name is Pam Bondi. I spell it with an ‘I’ because I ain’t gonna answer any of your questions.”

Fey, as Noem, brandished a gun and told the audience: “That’s right, it’s me, Kristi Noem. I’m the rarest type of person in Washington, D.C., a brunette that Donald Trump listens to.”

The segment also mocked Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) with a fake recruitment spiel by Fey as Noem.

In response, Noem’s Homeland Security Department posted on X:

“Thanks for the free advertisement, @NBCSNL. Get criminals out. Make history. Save America.” The agency shared a clip from the ‘SNL’ segment before launching into its own recruitment ad.
